Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the Thai salsa.
  2. Spread four slices of Nimble with Gold, add a layer of leaves to two slices then divide half of the chicken between. Add a spoonful of salsa, cover with the second slice of Nimble, spread side up.
  3. Repeat the layers, cover with the remaining bread and cut into quarters.
