Chicken and asparagus in Creamy White Wine SauceŽ

Takes: 25 minutes

1tbsp vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3oz/100gfresh asparagus tips, trimmed
500g jar Homepride White Wine & Cream Cook-In-SauceŽ
Boiled rice, to serve
Fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish

1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken for 10 mins until lightly browned on both sides.
2. Meanwhile, cook the asparagus in lightly salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, or until just tender. Drain thoroughly.
3. Add the sauce to the chicken, reduce the heat and simmer for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the asparagus just a few minutes before the end of cooking time, to heat through.
4. Serve on a bed of rice and garnish with parsley.
