Christmas Chocolate Sticks by Danial Mannen

Makes: 12 Servings

  • 12 large pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tb butter
  • coloured sprinkles

Put sprinkles on plate
Poke pretzel-size holes in bottom of all egg carton cups
Heat chocolate and butter in skillet
Spread chocolate on 1/2 -3/4 of the pretzels
Roll in sprinkles
Poke pretzels into egg cartons
Chill to set in the refrigerator

Santa banana stix by Fred Ball

Makes: 4 Servings

  • 1 cup coloured sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 Popsicle sticks

Put sprinkles on plate.
Heat chocolate chips in skillet, stir until melted.
Cut peeled bananas in half.
Poke popsicle sticks into cut ends of bananas.
Spread chocolate onto bananas.
Roll in sprinkles
Place on plate lined with wax paper and freeze.
