The Basics:
2 slices of Warburtons
Soft Farmhouse White Loaf Butter
3 slices of Bacon
1 tomato
2 Slices of Brie
Fresh basil leaves
The Method:
- Lightly toast the
Warburtons bread on one side.
- Take one slice, butter
the untoasted side and place the slices of warm bacon evenly across
it.
- Place a couple of
thinly sliced pieces of Brie over the bacon and place under the
grill for one minute to allow it to melt slightly into the bacon.
- Place a couple of
fresh basil leaves over the Brie and cover with slices of fresh
tomato.
- Add salt and pepper,
top with the remaining slice and serve immediately.
